The Fall Back Ciders, Spirits & Wine Fest introduces the Quad State Brunch Fest , both taking place together at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center just south of Hagerstown, MD. The Fall Back event will see over 130 varieties of libations represented by over 25 combined wineries, cideries, distilleries and breweries.
