When I visited the inner harbor, I bought a ticket to tour the historical ships. It was really interesting and there are boats from several different time periods.

we got a pass to see 2 ships the other 2 were closed. we seen the submarine and constellation. it was worth the price. the staff was nice and you were able to look around at your leasure no staff...
