Room was in bad shape, leaking faucets, outdated wall paper, noisy bar fridge. Sloppy room cleaning and replacements. No clear communication and feedback in requests & no follow through. 4 night stay...

Hyatt Regency - suites

If you are paying a lot of money for a suite, I would not recommend. This is a very tired hotel. Not worth the money - and not what I would expect from a Hyatt Regency.
