Paul B
Free parking for 2 hours in the zone makes this monument worth a visit already. The square and the garden areas around, with nice looking town houses, makes a for a very pleasant stroll.

The Monument and the park really add to the charm of the city in this Mt. Vernon area. The park is very well kept and the statue can be seen up and down Charles Street. The area also has so many...
