Two-hundred-seat community theater presents Broadway musicals "under the stars" across from the City Dock.

Located on the banks of the historic Susquehanna Flats, the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum houses one of the finest collections of working and decorative Chesapeake Bay waterfowl decoys ever assembled. The museum was established in 1986 as a private, non-profit institution existing to preserve the historical and cultural legacy of water fowling and decoy making on the Chesapeake Bay. A recognized Chesapeake Bay Storyteller, trained by the Maryland Office of Tourism.

Three buildings relocated to the square showcase the life of typical working families in the mid-19th century. See the "Frederick Douglass: His World 1818-1895" exhibit. Life-size bronze statue of Alex Haley, author of the epic [Roots], is next to the plaque honoring his ancestor, Kunta Kinte; designed by nationally acclaimed African-American sculptor Ed Dwight.
