The main attraction of Annapolis is now not visitable by foreigners

According to the brand new federal rules, the Naval Academy is just open for US citizens. Foreigners can not enter even with a national passport! I doubt if in these conditions it is worthwhile to go...

Very interesting navel history and a beautiful academy! I recommend bringing high school kids to think about & explore possibilities for their future.
