Family weekend

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff from valet, to front desk, especially the ladies who run the bar. Everyone was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to share our time with.

Nice check-in experience

The person at the Front Desk (don't recall the name but she was originally from Elmira, NY) was warm and friendly. I enjoyed her genuine interest in customer relations.
