I was watching TV and saw a mice running. I went to the front desk to report it and the person told me to wait until the next day to talk to the manager

Horrible dnt stay here

No hot water, remotes did not work. No dishes in room. No sheets for pull out bed. The manager was a complete jerk. Asked for batteries for remotes did not have any. No pillows for guest bed.
