disappointing

the check in process was 45 long with no other guests checking in. the girl o n the desk did not seem to know how to check people in. i stayed many times before never had this problem.

Excellent Service & Accommodations

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, for a one night stay, it was definitely 5 stars!! Sorry O didn't get a chance to use the fitness center or spa but both facilities looked very suitable.
