The “sandy quarter mile” their map boasts is maybe 200 yards of beach. The rest is closed. Website says “cliffs are permanently closed”, but it’s hard to ascertain WHAT is closed until you’re there...

Nice enough if you can handle the hike

The beach was pretty small, but nice enough. The main consideration for me though was the hike to get there. I'm not as fit as I would like to be, so found the 1.8 miles challenging.
