This uninhabited island in the Chesapeake Bay, near the mouth of Middle River, is accessible only by boat.  Its western shore offers safe mooring, access to 3,000-foot beach, campsites and fishing.
May-Sept: 8am-sunset (registered campers only after sunset).

Though I might be lost because of the isolated road then we saw the breathtaking views of nature ‼️ The tall trees shade the park & the river has huge stones to step on and you can sit and hang out!

I went when the park opened and had it to myself. So nice to put my toes in the sand and walk the beach. Lots of tables to have picnics. Great walking trails. $3 to go in and be sure to have cash.
