Pre-Civil War masonry coastal fort. Abundant fishing, biking and hiking as well as group picnicking, visitor center, environmental education and living history programs.
Not much has changed over 20 years. Tour the fort, but, nothing much more to see here. It’s great space for a family cookout. But, bring your own games & fun.
