Dugan's Wharf

On October 21, 1856, Harriet Tubman helped a young woman named "Tilly" flee enslavement in Baltimore. Tubman devised a clever scheme to take Tilly south via Steamboat. The Steamer docked at Dugan's Wharf in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. A National Park Service Network to Freedom site.
