I am guilty of only recently visiting. Check out the Surratt Society. amazing it has survived all the development. Unfortunately, not enough people care about US history

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic docent, lots to see (more than I expected), brought history to life, learned a lot about Victorian life as well as Lincoln assassination.

This museum is awesome! Check out the main office and store first, then head on to the house for the tour. Our tour guide was very informative and answered all questions. The house is small but all...
