We walked by this afternoon after visiting the flag museum. It reminded me of a round red Washington monument. It stands over the Police memorial. Unfortunantly it was not open.

We visited on a beautiful Sunday. We briefly toured the Carroll Mansion first (where you pay and tell them you want the Shot Tower tour). Carroll Mansion is nice, interesting artwork, but not too...
