America's oldest privately owned ferry, established 1683. Crosses scenic Tred Avon River between Oxford and St. Michaels area. Ferry carries nine cars, motorcycles, bicycles, passengers. Two locations for boarding: Oxford and Bellevue, MD (5536 Bellevue Rd).

Strictly for scenic pleasure and cutting the drive to St. Michaels. The gentleman that guided us was very friendly.
