1 Festival of Wreaths

Two great events featuring wreaths on display for silent auction. 

Annual Cambridge Festival of Wreathes (Dorchester County)
November 9 - December 1, 2016 
During the Annual Festival of Wreaths the public is invited to Pleasant Day Medical Adult Day Care to see 100+ wreaths and 16+ Christmas trees. The wreaths are on silent auction so everyone is encouraged to bid. The Holiday Benefit Gala on December 1 closes the Festival of Wreaths, with an auction of unique gifts, final wreath bidding, wine and food tasting, and live entertainment.

12 Kris Kringle Procession - Frederick

December 9, 2016 6:30 pm
The event begins at the corner of South Carroll and West Patrick Streets in Frederick and ends in Baker Park with the lighting of the City Tree. The procession mirrors the small town charm that makes Frederick so special during the holidays. Local children dressed as reindeer, snowflakes, angels, elves, frolicking through Frederick’s downtown streets.

5 Miracle on 34th Street

Through Jan. 1, 2017
One block in Hampden puts on a Christmas light display that is surely visible from space. Neighbors in this block of rowhouses string Christmas lights across 34th Street. Inflatable snowglobes, musical trains and blinking angels adorn homes. A few even allow visitors to peek inside. The lights are on every night from Thanksgiving weekend to January 1st, including all night on Christmas Eve. FREE.
