Management and Leadership We use the following best management practices: Environment Policy Statement Environmental Team: All department heads meet monthly to track and measure initiatives and discuss implimenting new ones. Set Annual Goals: We use a Hilton system called LightStay to monitor energy consumption and waste, track new initiatives such as LED lighting and recysling efforts. We are tracking weekly recycling efforts and saving an estimated 30 lbs of trash weekly. Each bulb is projected to last five years. We have installed 30 LED bulbs so far. Each bulb is projected to last 5 years. We have replaced 30 bulbs so far with LED. We are saving an estimated 30 lbs of waste with our recycling efforts WEEKLY estimating a yearly savings of 1,560 lbs of waste.
