Food was very good. Wait staff very attentive . No ambience. Needed some candles and low lighting. Definitely not fine dining. Felt more like fine diner wanna be find dining. Unfortunately this town doesn't know fine dining except LJ's.

We wanted to like this place but after three visits the best we can say is that it is very inconsistent, we had three groupon coupons. We used two for dinner visits. The first time the appetizer of a cheese selection was terrific but the dinners were not great. I ordered steak tips medium but they were gristly. My husband's fish dish was not memorable. Went back two months later, again on a weekday night, and the dinners were terrific....I had ribs and my husband had salmon. Lots of attention from the server and hostess. Today we went to brunch. The frittata was way over salted; my quiche had to sent back to be heated. Pretty sure it was not made in the kitchen but came out of a box. I was suppose to get fresh fruit but was served potatoes instead. Were we suppose to be offered a mimosa or Bloody Mary., or even juice? Only as we were leaving did we see what looked like a make your own bar. Only one server on today, hostess just stood at the door as though there were customers to manage which there were not. Dessert? Not likely to go back. Oh yeah, brunch was definitely overpriced.
Great atmosphere, decent food.

We went for a late dinner. The decor was nice with a comfy atmosphere. The menu had a variety of options to choose from and was accompanied by a decent wine list. I'd love to say I was blown away or even impressed by the food but I guess my hopes had been set to high by the reviews here, or we were just eating too late. Our waitress seemed a little pushy towards the end of the meal. We figured she just wanted to go home, but when were done eating and the check had been paid she was still hanging around behind the bar. All in all it was an average meal, just not what I had expected.
Spectacular! A real find, tho hard to find.

Cuisine exceptional. Scored big points w/ the spouse for selecting this restaurant! "An unexpected delight! Classy food with unpretentious atmosphere. Their salmon Oscar has jaded me for life." (All the better, as we had a BonusBook 2015 discount coupon.) Waitstaff - Matthew - super-attentive, upbeat and efficient. Despite directions from the manager, its location is a challenge (it's in a commercial high-rise behind the Hagerstown main post office; if traveling out of town, you won't see the signage until past it, necessitating a U-turn). Well worth the effort tho to find! A most pleasantly memorable dining experience.

The restaurant is very pretty, our server very friendly. The food not great at all. My crabcake had a horrible fishy smell and tasted the same. The steak was over cooked the plate looked thrown together and the mashed potatoes were cold. There was another couple dining and the bar had about 6 people (regulars?) They all took turns going out for a smoke including the bar tender. The door they exited was in the middle of the dining room which is not big so continuous gushes of freezing cold air every 20min or so. The server did tell them to not use that door anymore but they still did. For the price I have had way better steak and seafood...will never go back
