Trip Advisor Disney jr live-Sofia the first and jake and the neverlanding pirates.
Dec 06, 2014 by: DollarTreeBudget from Middle River, Maryland
Ok since I had discounted tickets of $15 each, nothing to complain about. The theater staff were helpful and professional. But you might not get a smile. I was confused on the seating arrangement. I was told to sit anywhere I wanted in "this" area. Huh? Ok. It wasn't packed out so that didn't bother me. Sofia the first was sooo boring. And only having a few speakers on the stage didn't help the sound quality. Not much action. Not much special effects. HOWEVER, jake and the neverlanding pirates was excellent. High energy, action packed, got the audience involved, and great flying special effects! Worth it.

My wife and I went to see joe bonamassa , what an awesome show and a beautiful venue . We were in the very last row of the balcony and loved it , there's no bad seats in the house .

Trip Advisor nice to visit once

It's nice to have the option of different types of entertainment. Not every seat is a good view I guess because its older. The tickets were a normal price. A few metered parking in walking distance which are free on Sundays. A lot across the street for ten dollars is not bad either for Baltimore.

Trip Advisor Aretha Franklin concert
Nov 14, 2014 by: Janice L from
Wonderful acoustics that complemented her amazing voice and the band. Staging was bold with brilliant colors . Just the right size venue for a concert. Great visibility, too . The hall is just lovely. A Classical design highlighted by wall sculptures mader a great back drop for Aretha' s Performance .

Trip Advisor Awful accoustics there
Oct 20, 2014 by: Frankenberi from Springfield, Virginia
Four comedians performed. I was there to see Eddie Graffin. It was awful because the acoustics there are not good at all. You could barely understand what they were saying so you missed many of the jokes. Unlike The Improv where the spound is crystal clear, the Lyric Opera House if is awful. I will never attend a venue there again. We had upper seats on the side. It seemed the people on the floor could hear him, they were laughing at every thing. Never again will I go here. Parking is across the street for $10.
