Visited here with my wife and 20 month old daughter to see Sesame Street Live and left very impressed with this venue. The lobby is spacious and has plenty of vendors. The restrooms were large and clean. The theater is small enough to have excellent sight lines but large enough to host larger acts. The seats were nice and plenty of space. The Lyric is a little on the older side, but that's what I like, call me nostalgic. Parking was easy and inexpensive. Plus the neighborhood is nice. I plan on visiting again sometime soon.
"Love this Venue"

Have been at the Lyric twice to see Il Divo. Love this venue although seats are very close together & there's not much room for moving around. The sound is awesome. Stage is large & all seats give you a great view. There is on street parking, although a parking garage is close & since most people park there, you do feel secure walking back with the crowd to your car after a show. Will definitely return!

The lyric is large, the acoustics are great. Seats are a little tight since it is an older venue. You do need a car to get to it if you are staying at the seaport area
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz!

My husband and I went to a performance of the Wizard of Oz musical tonight. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! Dorothy was excellent, as were all supporting actors. They even trained the dog Toto to behave as he had to sit still on stage quite a few times. The set and special effects were fabulous. I do think parents need to be careful bringing young children as there were some scenes and effects that were a bit frightening and we heard some cries in the audience. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the Lyric still needs to work a little on their sound system.

Went to see Daniel Tosh. Convenient location just a few blocks from my house. Easy and quick entrance. Beautiful and clean. No complaints :)
