Trip Advisor Suns Municipal Stadium
Jan 06, 2014 by: Tina R from Martinsburg
This is a fun place to go watch Single A baseball, for a reasonable fee, and have a fun time with family or friends. My husband use to go on Thursdays with a group of male friends and they always had a great time. There is a seafood restaurant next to the stadium, which has good seafood if you want to include a meal. It has been a while since we have been there, but it is an older stadium...

Trip Advisor Almost on the field
Oct 28, 2013 by: Hall4pete from Deer Park, Maryland
For $11 bucks you can get a front row seat almost on the field. The stadium is old and has no flash at all but for being right in the middle of the action you can't find any better place. The players are young and still humble and you can interact with them before and after the games. They run some cool on field races and contests that also keeps things interesting. Beverage and food prices are very low. A hidden gem here!

Trip Advisor Hagerstown Suns Municipal Stadium
Sep 02, 2013 by: Kenny21NJ from Bellmawr, New Jersey
The Hagerstown Suns are A single A baseball team of the Washington Nationals. The stadium is a older stadium. There is reserved seating and the rest is general admission. Those seats are bleacher style seating. did not have anything to eat. Beer prices were fair.

Trip Advisor Extra innings
Aug 05, 2013 by: Bill44_13 from Quakertown, Pennsylvania
We arrived at the stadium in the Bottom of the eighth inning of a tie game. Bleachers were very empty, there was an area of teenagers that were chanting/ cheering in the stands. Ballpark is old but had a great fireworks show. The home team won!

Trip Advisor The Minors are great
Aug 02, 2013 by: USAFret from USAFret
The Hagerstown Suns play here. They are the Class A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. As with all affiliated minor league teams it gives you the chance to see the stars of tomorrow without having to come to teh park in an armored car. It is good baseball and as at all minor league venues there are games and promotions galore. The stadium is old and frankly could use a face lift. Most of the seating is general admission but there is not really a bad sight line anywhere. The parking is free and there are three lots adjacent to the stadium. If you like baseball and enjoy not having to float a loan to go see a game you will enjoy your evening here.
