Stand-up Paddleboard, loving referred to as SUP, is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing watersports and is a new way to have fun on many of Maryland's waterways.
There are many outfitters that are well-versed in teaching those new to the sport and provide rentals and instruction. The outfitters generally have social gatherings on a regular basis for Stand-up Paddleboarders. There are even Stand-up Paddleboard yoga classes.
