Artscape is America's largest free arts festival, attracting 350,000+ attendees over three days. (Musical) The Who’s Tommy is an epic rock opera from one of the most influential bands of the 20th century. This sweeping theatrical event follows the life of a young boy, struck deaf, dumb and blind by a violent act in his own home, whose only connection to the outside world comes from his almost superhuman ability to win at pinball.
