Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens were turning the Super Bowl into a blowout till suddenly the lights went out. When the game resumed 34 minutes later, the San Francisco 49ers were back in the game full force.
Instead of a blowout, the blackout turned the game into a fight to the finish. The Ravens prevailed with an exciting 34-31 win at the Superdome in New Orleans. This is the second NFL championship in 11 years for the Ravens.
A victory parade hosted by the City of Baltimore and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake was held for the Super Bowl XLVII Champion Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday, February 5.
