African American Heritage Festival

Baltimore's festival of African American music and culture has been a regional tradition for more than 30 years. This is the ultimate destination for the July 4th weekend providing visitors with world-class entertainment, seminars, children’s activities, arts, technology, education, financial literacy, health screenings, wellness workshops and more.

The African American Festival is presented by Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and the City of Baltimore, and produced by greiBO Entertainment. Once again, the festival welcomes Cathy Hughes as chair of the Board and Radio One as its media partner. With record breaking attendance of more that 500,000 people, this family-oriented festival is truly a celebration of African American life, music and culture.
